Happy Birthday Wee One! When our children reach their first birthday it is such a bittersweet moment for a mom (and for dad too). We are so excited that our baby has reached this first momentous milestone but in so many ways it makes us a bit teary-eyed too. It seems when they hit this first birthday we really realize what all of our fellow parents out there (and even our own parents, yeah mom ok I am gonna say it but just this once – You were SO right) meant when they tell you to cherish every minute of those baby days because they are gone in an instant. This first birthday brings so much excitement but also makes us wonder where the past year went.
So a BIG Happy Birthday to Collynn’s and a big hug to mom and dad and congratulations as this also marks their first anniversary of parenthood.
